"Unfortunately, I have been emailing and can’t get anywhere and no one from human resources or your courtesy. Customer relations will get back to me. I cannot review something that I did not receive the box came opened. I have the pill it’s beautiful, but I did not receive the stand, I was asking for a replacement. I’ve also emailed UPS and they never got back to me so where do I stand because I would like to order another one, but I don’t wanna pay the shipping cost that isn’t fair. To me, I would really like a replacement stand. please advise."
