RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you don't, you may return most new and unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or merchandise exchange, with proof of purchase. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds are credited in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. For all eligible returns, customers are responsible for shipping charges.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with original tags to qualify for a refund or exchange. When returning pottery, please carefully pack your item to ensure it is not damaged in transit.


If you tried our bedding and are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. For all eligible returns, customers are responsible for shipping charges.

The below categories are final sale and cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged:

  • Furniture
  • Rugs
  • Lighting
  • Art
  • Wallpaper
  • JA Finds
  • Customized/Design Your Own Items
  • Final Sale Items (identified by a price ending in $0.99)
  • Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page)
  • Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards

Additionally, all orders placed through International Checkout are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

GIFT RETURNS

No need to let the gift giver know about the return; we are happy to issue store credit equivalent to the merchandise total directly to you! To process a gift return, call our Customer Service team at 800.963.0891. You may return gifts from your Wedding or Gift Registry up to 30 days after your event. Proof of purchase required.

WEBSITE RETURNS TO OUR STORES

Want to make an in-store return of an item purchased online? Our stores will gladly accept your return and issue a store credit.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

You may return orders placed between November 1 and December 25 until January 24. These items must meet all return eligibility requirements (listed above).

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT

  • Call or email Customer Service at 1.800.963.0891 or  to receive an RMA number (We will provide a returns shipping address at this time)
  • Pack and securely seal the products you are returning—remember to include the packing slip provided in the box
  • You must write your RMA number on the outside of each package
