The description on the website
"The description on the website says 18” square, but the pillow that I received was more like 14” square. I would not expect a reputable company like Jonathan Adler to do this. I’ve tried calling them so many times to get this rectified, when I finally reached someone they said they are short staffed and that I should be patient. It has now been over 2 months and have not heard back from that representative. For their prices, I would assume they would have at least good customer service."
