"Love this settee. I have been eying for years and finally took the jump. The high back also gives much needed neck support. I only took one star off because it could do with more cushioning in the seat. My dog jumped on it immediately after it was unveiled."
"Got at a great price, and it’s a perfect look for a small area. Rialto sky was available for purchase- oatmeal bouclé does not wear well, looks bad over time. Denitza from 65th street was very helpful got my sofa to me within a few days. My only complaint is with JA corporate which does not answer messages, pickup their phones. The description in all their products is lacking important information purchase like product weights. I am still trying to get in contact with corporate- I went to the office during the middle of the week and no one was at work"

"Totally agree with the other comment - getting rid of the white velvet option was a mistake. As soon as I was ready to make my purchase, I've noticed that the only white/light version was the bouclé upholstery... I was very disappointed and had to choose another settee. I hope the Bergamo Snow Velvet variant will be available again in the future. In fact, I'm curious to see it in White Shearling too!"
"I think the cloud couch is incredibly cute. The shape is absolutely adorable but replacing the white velvet couch option with only a Boucle fabric option was a mistake. It also seems to have elements of gray in the fabric and then ivory in certain lighting. Not in a good way. I just think the couch looks like it has a disease. The photos don’t match up with what the couch fabric looks like in person. The photos minimize the Boucle’s knobs and bumps and uneven surface. And now the new velvet fabric is in blue which doesn’t make sense for a couch that is supposed to be a cloud in my opinion (and is $500 more). I would’ve been really happy if there had been either an ivory or a white velvet option but there was none."
