Disappointed that one set is fully tarnished but other set is not

"I ordered eight - two sets of 4. I used them first set they are gorgeous. Today I opened up for the first time the second set. They were still wrapped and unused. To my horror they are all tarnished. I’m hoping they can be exchanged quickly and free of charge for new ones - not tarnished ones. Waiting to see if they will do this for me. I’f so I’ll give a good review and send an updated photo of them in our setting."
