Gorgeous but scratch-prone

"We have had our Bond table for 4 years now. She is sturdy and absolutely beautiful—but be warned that if you do not use placemats, she will get scratched and nicked to heck. We rarely even eat at our dining table, but the very first time we did, she looked like she went through battle. There are still scratches I can see when the light hits the tabletop that came from dishes and silverware. Even setting a package down the wrong way will leave a mark. I cover it with a tablecloth during the holidays, which is kind of a travesty because it’s so pretty to look at. Ultimately, it’s a form > function situation. C’est la vie! Still love her."

I still haven’t received the

"I still haven’t received the table that I paid thousands of dollars for. It was supposed to be delivered a month ago, but JA contracted with a company that doesn’t do white glove delivery even though I had to pay for it. When I complained about that to JA customer service, it has lead to a 3 week nightmare still without a resolution."
