"Do not order if you actually want to receive a couch. I ordered in November 2021 and it is now approaching 34 weeks and it still has not shipped. I can also not get any update or response from Customer Service on when the couch will actually ship - they either ignore repeated inquiries or tell me it will ship in early July (which is did not) or by the end of the month (which I have zero confidence in). Extremely disappointing experience for an expensive item. It says 20-24 weeks - as someone who has now been waiting for 34 weeks, I would say that that is just not true."
