How does it work?
At the checkout, select the pickup option and select a nearby Access Point from more than 20,000 to choose from.
You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected. You will be asked to show a government ID when collecting your order.
The opening hours of the Access Point will be displayed at the time of selection and will also be displayed in your pickup email.
UPS Local Pick Up is only available in the US. Oversized items as well as items shipping via White Glove or Entryway methods are not eligible for pick up.

How do I know when my package is ready to pick up?
You will be notified via an email when your package is available to pick up.
How long do I have to pick up my package?
You can pick up your package within 7 days of it arriving at the Access Point.
What happens if the package is not picked up?
If the package is not picked up after 7 days it will be returned to the retailer on the 8th day.
What do I need to do to pick up my package?
You will need to bring government-issued ID with you when you pick up your package.
What makes UPS Access Point delivery greener than home delivery?
UPS Access Point deliveries produce less CO2. This is because UPS can consolidate deliveries to Access Points and make fewer journeys. Plus, Access Point deliveries are guaranteed to be successful the first time so UPS drivers don’t need to make multiple trips to deliver the same package.
